First things first: This year’s Metropolitan Washington Restaurant Week is full of steak. And tapas. Of the eight Montgomery County restaurants participating in the annual food fest, two are steak houses and two are Spanish tapas places.

Next: As always, get a three-course, prix-fixe meal for a low price. This year, restaurants have settled on $20.13.

Lastly, here are the restaurants that plan to participate. This year’s event goes from Aug. 19 to Aug. 25, and a full list of restaurants in DC, Maryland and Virginia is available online.
