Grapeseed Offers New Lunch Menu—With Discount This Week

Lunch starts up again on Tuesday, and on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of this week, main lunch entrees will be offered at a 50 percent discount.

Lunch returns to Bethesda's Grapeseed American bistro and wine bar (4865 Cordell Ave., Bethesda) on Tuesday, Oct. 22, at 11:30 a.m., Grapeseed's chef and owner Jeff Heineman said.

"We have tried a bunch of different types of lunches during our tenure here on Cordell and now we are back," he said. The menu includes "things that just taste great, [are] at a fair price and, as always, [are] prepared fresh to order."

The new lunch menu features many quick options. It includes a variety of starters—including crab cakes with Creole sauce, salmon stew, crispy calamari and wild mushroom fricassee with polenta—salads (including chicken or shrimp Caesar salad), soup of the day, chili with cornbread and charcuterie.
