Missing 85-Year-Old Man Found

The man has been reunited with his family.

Update, 9:43 a.m.: The 85-year-old man who was reported missing has been located, Montgomery County Police reported.

Angel Rivera was found at about 8:15 a.m. Saturday. He was uninjured and has been reunited with his family.

Original post, 7:28 a.m.: An 85-year-old man who suffers from dementia went missing Friday afternoon, and police are seeking help to find him.

Angel Rivera was last seen leaving his home in the 9300 block of E. Parkhill Drive at 2 p.m. Friday, Montgomery County Police reported.

Rivera is described as a 5-foot-10 Hispanic male weighing 170 pounds. He has gray hair, brown eyes and a gray mustache and was last seen wearing a black jacket and tan pants. He has been prescribed medication for dementia and blood pressure but has not been taking it.

Anyone with information about where Rivera might be is asked to call the police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000.
