North Bethesda Diamond Ring Thieves Sought

Police: Woman posed as customer while man stole worth $20,000 of jewelry.

Montgomery County police are looking for the thieves who took $20,000 worth of jewelry from a North Bethesda boutique.

On Thursday, police released photos of a male and female they’ve linked to the missing jewels.

Police said the man and woman entered Masica Diamonds, 11763 Rockville Pike, at around 2 p.m. Dec. 16.
