Office Suite Burglary Spree Suspect Arrested

Andre Antonio Henry was arrested for 10 second-degree burglaries in office suites in Rockville and Bethesda.

A Washington, DC man police say was responsible for a rash of office suite burglaries and thefts in Rockville and Bethesda between Jan. 28 and April 15, 2013, was arrested on May 9 in Prince George's County, according to a statement from the Montgomery County Police Department.

Police say Andre Antonio Henry, 29, of Northeast Washington, DC, used a flathead screwdriver to force open the entries into the office suites that he burgled. Henry stole electronics and other items, including a credit card, which he used to make purchases, police said.

  • 10 second-degree burglaries
  • 2 attempted second-degree burglaries
  • 3 counts of theft of property worth between $1,000 and $9,999.99
  • 2 counts of theft of property worth less than $1,000
  • 3 counts of attempted theft of property worth between $1,000 and $9,999.99
  • 1 count of theft of property worth less than $100
  • 11 criminal charges pertaining to using a stolen credit card

Surveillance videos from several of the burglaries helped police determine that the crimes were committed by the same person. And witnesses' descriptions matched the man seen in the videos, police said.

Henry is being held on a $50,000 bond, police added.

  • Market Research.com, 11200 Rockville Pike, suite 504, Rockville
  • Dragon Bridge, 11200 Rockville Pike, suite 205, Rockville
  • Snyder Cohn, 11200 Rockville Pike, suite 415, Rockville
  • Spree, 7735 Old Georgetown Rd., suite 510, Bethesda
  • Design to Delivery, 7910 Woodmont Ave., suite 300, Bethesda
  • Councilor Buchanan & Mitchell, PC, 7910 Woodmont Ave., suite 500, Bethesda

The two attempted second-degree burglaries took place at:

  • Information Management Services, 6110 Executive Blvd., suite 310, Rockville
  • Zeno, 7910 Woodmont Ave., suite 455, Bethesda

Organized by address, the second-degree burglaries and attempted second-degree burglaries took place at:
