A summary of recent crimes in Bethesda.

Montgomery County police recently released a summary of crimes in the county from Nov. 7 to Nov 15. Following is a summary of recent crimes in Bethesda.

Nov. 11:

  • An office was burglarized at American Capital Strategies, 2 Bethesda Metro Center, overnight. It's unknown how the suspects entered the building, but property was taken.
  • A 31-year-old Bethesda man was arrested for aggravated assault after he threatened a victim with a weapon in the 4700 block of Bradley Boulevard. The incident occurred at 9 p.m. Police said the suspect and the victim knew each other.
  • Police reported a theft from a vehicle overnight in the 5400 block of Butler Road.

  • Four stores were burglarized at Montgomery Mall at 7101 Democracy Boulevard overnight. Property was taken. 

Nov. 14:

  • Another commercial office space was burglarized at 9650 Rockville Pike sometime over the weekend. Property was taken. 
  • A home was burglarized in the 5100 block of Dudley Lane in the afternoon between 11:40 a.m. and 12:20 p.m. Property was taken.
