Vehicle Crashes into Bethesda Avenue Storefront

A vehicle crashed into a storefront at 4959 Bethesda Ave. at 11:31 a.m. Friday, Police Officer Janelle Smith, a spokeswoman for the Montgomery County police, told Patch.

The driver was an elderly woman, Bethesda Now reported.

There were no serious injuries, Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services Chief Scott Graham told Patch.

Patch reader David Davila passed by the store minutes after the incident, and shared this photo with Patch Friday afternoon.
