Vehicle Crashes into Bethesda Avenue Storefront

A Patch reader snapped a great photo of the wreckage.

A vehicle crashed into a storefront at 4959 Bethesda Ave. at 11:31 a.m. Friday, Police Officer Janelle Smith, a spokeswoman for the Montgomery County police, told Patch.

The driver was an elderly woman, Bethesda Now reported.

There were no serious injuries, Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services Chief Scott Graham told Patch.
