The Western Montgomery County Citizens Advisory board will hold its monthly meeting. County Council President Roger Berliner (D-Dist. 1) will speak about the county's operating budget and other issues. An open house on the proposed Zoning Code Rewrite will be held before the meeting, at 5 p.m.
