Germantown Man Found Guilty on Sex Trafficking Charge

Jean Claude Roy, 32, was found guilty of being a part of a sex trafficking ring.

A Germantown man involved in sex trafficking is facing 20 years in prison.

Jean Claude Roy, 32, was found guilty of conspiring to commit sex trafficking and other charges after victims say he had them exchange sexual acts for money.

“If he could kill a man, who’s gonna care about a prostitute,” an unnamed victim testified according to a report from CBS Baltimore.

The CBS report says in November 2012, Roy recruited one prostitute, who in turn recruited others for him.

Roy was found not guilty on the sex trafficking charge.
