I will not be participating in the discussion, but I do have a question for Executive Leggett. During this past election, Executive Leggett appeared on a commercial with the P.G. County Executive advocating passage of expanded gambling in Maryland. Since this referendum passed, will he stick by the promise made in the commercial of "NO NEW TAXES"?

Thanks for your note about this! I just submitted a question about better enforcing speed limits on Arcola, University, & Georgia. I wish people wouldn't speed through there while I'm trying to be a pedestrian in Wheaton!
