Ignorance of the Constitution is just as disgusting if not moreso.

So if a cop sees someone walking down the street with a cigarette do they now have probable cause to stop and harass them? Is someone in their car on a public street fall under the law? What about if they are sitting in a convertible parked on a public street with the top down and the engine off? What about the exhaust fumes from everyones cars and houses? what about the smell from mcdonalds or a heighbor cutting grass... hayfever is a recognized disease? This county has been ruined by all you tree hugging do gooders who think that evil people are all victims. (of course that sentiment changes once they steal your car or break into your house) I guess we need more crime so you idiots will learn.

"So if a cop sees someone walking down the street with a cigarette do they now have probable cause to stop and harass them?" No. "Is someone in their car on a public street fall under the law? What about if they are sitting in a convertible parked on a public street with the top down and the engine off?" No. Public property is not county owned property.

LOL, bill, the irony of your statement is amazing. How ignorant of the Constitution you must be to think a person has the right to harm the rest of us because s/he likes sucking on smoke.

Lol, Bill. Read the proposal - you have no idea what you're even talking about. This has got to be the most senile rambling I've ever seen. Convertibles and McDonalds and breaking into homes? So sad.
