Cognac Tasting After Hours

Join us as we learn about one of the world’s leading cognac brands, Courvoisier® Cognac from a nationally renowned cognac expert, Armando Zapata. Come learn the rich history of Cognac. Learn how to enhance and enjoy your tasting experience while creating a greater and deeper appreciation for the highly aromatic, lightly oaked and well balanced style of Courvoisier. We will sample and learn the differences of several “marks” of the Courvoisier family including VS, VSOP, Exclusif™, Napoleon, X.O., and a small sampling from the new Courvoisier Connoisseur Collection. Courvoisier® is one of the four leading cognac houses in the world and continues to excel in the spirits category with its renowned blends. In 1869, Courvoisier was named “Purveyor by special appointment to the Court of Napoleon III” and is still known as “Le Cognac de Napoleon.” To this day, Courvoisier is the only cognac house to receive the Prestige de la France – France’s highest award for excellence for a French wine or spirit. Courvoisier remains true to the same exacting standards introduced by its founders nearly 200 years ago.
