Creativity Circles
Join yoga teacher, "recovering creative", and artist Meg Artley once a month for a practice designed to free your creative spirit and to get ideas to whet your appetite for making art and supportive conversation about your work. During the first part of the class we will use ancient yoga poses to awaken us physically to the creativity within. Then we will eat lunch together and discuss the topic of the day. The circle will end with prompts to work on for the remainder of the time together. Participants should wear clothing that they can bend and stretch in comfortably and bring a journal and writing instrument to class.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT, JOURNAL, PEN, WATER BOTTLE, AND BAGGED LUNCH TO CLASS.
