Hatha Yoga is designed for a person who is brand new to the practice of yoga or who needs a refresher course. In this class you will learn the proper alignment of basic yoga postures as you gain more strength and flexibility to be able to flow from pose to pose. Participants will begin to focus on the importance of breathwork to the practice of yoga and will end each class session with savasana, a pose of deep relaxation and rest. The practice is done in a calm atmosphere with soft, relaxing music.
