Officer Dana Stroman of the 2nd District Police along with Commander Russell Hamill will provide advice on good store opening and closing procedures, how to be a good witness and other tips that can help keep you, your employees and your customers safe

 

Elise Ambrose, President of Elite Personnel, will address the potential for violence to occur in your workplace.  Business Owners and Human Resource Professionals are an organization’s first line of defense for the prevention of workplace violence.  Elise will discuss how to reduce your risk, identify factors and behaviors that may predict workplace violence and how to address them effectively
