Get fit, have fun, make friends, all while moving to the music through a variety of exercises. Our classes are designed to increase muscular strength, stamina, range of movement and activity for daily skills. Classes help you improve your flexibility and posture, which will in turn help your balance, coordination and reducing the risks of falls. Handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles and balls are offered for resistance. We have lots of chairs for seating or standing support.
