Susan Garland, editor, Kiplinger Retirement Report

Ms. Garland, editor of the Kiplinger Retirement Report, will offer tips on trimming tax bills, converting IRAs and leaving them to heirs, and maximizing Social Security benefits. Before joining the Kiplinger publications, Ms. Garland spent 12 years as a Washington-based correspondent for Business Week magazine. Her work has appeared in The New York Times and The Washington Post.
