CLARA BARTON SUMMER FUN CENTER

For families with children ages 5-12:  sign up now!  The Clara Barton Community Center, 7425 MacArthur Blvd., in Cabin John is hosting a summer of fun—weekdays, June 27th through August 5th, 8 a.m.-6 p.m.  

Activities are well planned and supervised, and definitely COOL for those HOT summer days when you choose the Clara Barton Summer Fun Center!  Whether you hang out with friends or make new ones, we’ll keep things hopping with creative and fun crafts, sports, games, drama, music and special events.

You can choose to come every day or just occasionally, but every day will be packed with summer fun for kids just like YOU! No transportation provided, and no offsite trips are scheduled, but you’ll find it’s still the best deal in town.  Children are expected to bring a lunch, snack, and plenty of drinks to keep well hydrated.  Programs will not meet on Monday, July 4.

The cost?  Very reasonable!  $350 for all six weeks.  No transportation is provided for the children, but there is a bus stop on MacArthur Blvd. near the Center for Ride-On bus, No. 32), and staff will escort children to the stop and wait with them.
