Introduction to TRX Suspension Training
TRX Suspension Training uses your own body weight and core to train your entire body. Perform exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose. In this introduction class Jenn will give you the basics of TRX to make you comfortable on the equipment so you can make the most of your workout. Jenn is a CCS (certified conditioning specialist) and has been conditioning coaching and strength training for over 17 years. She’s known for her dynamic coaching style and “results-based” programs. All fitness levels welcome. NOTE: Please wear sneakers to class.
Minimum of 6 students required to hold workshop, maximum of 12 students.
