#MoCo Online: How Do You Make Picnic Reservations?

What happened to spring? How did we leap right to summer?

Well, Montgomery County officials must have been watching as temperatures approached 90 degrees this week, because on Tuesday they posted information on Facebook about how to reserve a picnic shelter or other park facility.

All you have to do is to go to the Montgomery Parks park permit website and fill out an online form.

The permits site also includes answers to frequently asked questions and a way to find facilities available for rent, including:

• Bus Spaces
• Campsites
• Gymnasium
• In-Line Hockey Rinks
• Park Activity Buildings
• Picnic Shelters
• Special Event Permits
• Other Permits
