Air Rights Building to Be Rebranded as 'Bethesda Crossing'

Scratch "Air Rights building" from your vocabulary. Soon, it'll be "Bethesda Crossing."

Washington Business Journal reports that Bethesda's Air Rights Center building complex (at 7315 Wisconsin Ave.) is to be rebranded as "Bethesda Crossing."

The rebranding comes after MRP Realty and Rockpoint Group Inc. purchased the building from TIAA-CREF earlier this year for more than $200 million, Washington Business Journal reported.

The building, which is 88 percent occupied, will get some upgrades, including a large fitness center. Read more about the upgrades at the Washington Business Journal's website.
