When I first sat in the chair of the "National Board Colorist" she asked me about my hair. I told her that I needed 40 volume to process. She rudely said she did not talk about her formulas with her clients because she was educated on it. (I worked in hair salons for over 10 years and I know that my hair will not come up as light as I want it with 20 volume It is my hair and I should be able to discuss the formula you are going to use on it.) After she told me that she was going to use 20 volume she wouldn't speak to me for the entire appointment. When it was finished (and darker then I wanted) she told me how correct she was and gave me a terrible haircut. Will never go back.
