My experience here was that they are rude and not very professional. First, their sales ladies were not very friendly (to put it mildly). Second, they act like they are doing you a favor by allowing you to shop there. I have been asking to purchase a large rug from them for months. They said I would have to wait until they put it out on their floor. I finally got a call on my machine yesterday telling me that the rug was available (I did not get the message until the evening). I went over there this morning and it was already sold. Unbelievable. They should have let me know in advance that they were opening the rug, since I have gone in and called about it several times. I would never recommend selling or buying anything at this shop.
