Very full of herself. Agreed to meet what we thought was a reasonable budget of $80K for two baths in Bethesda-area. After weeks of back and forth, she and her less than responsive assistant told us that they couldn't do the job for for less than $125,000. Thanks for working within our budget. She failed to respond to numerous requests as to whether her recommended fixtures, etc we within budget. What a waste of our time!
