Very bad experience. My husband and I live abroad and as a present he bought a handbag from the YSL store. The store manager said that he would be able to exchange at any time and he bought the full price bag with this understanding. I tried to exchange the unused handbag 3 months later and they refused. This is not what I consider a 'luxury' experience as they accused me of using the handbag and then went back on their word. If Saks Jandel wants to keep a loyal customer base who values superior quality and service, this is NOT the way to do it.

I can't in good conscience ever recommend this store to anyone after what I witnessed today! How can a lead purchaser ever tell a customer "you are making my dresses look bad" and "you are gross " and disgusting and tell them to leave! How in this day and times is a size 12 ever huge, what example is Saks Jandel trying to send! I am disgusted and will be sharing my story with none that will listen!
