Man came to campus on Tuesday and Wednesday and tried to speak with students and staff, according to Walter Johnson principal.
A man who came to Walter Johnson High School's campus twice this week, once in the evening, has been arrested and charged with trespassing, according to Montgomery County Police and a listserv message posted by the school's principal. The man entered the building Tuesday evening and approached and spoke to several students and one staff member, according to the message posted by Principal Jennifer Baker. A staff member notified security, and the person left a short time later, Baker wrote. The person came back to the school Wednesday and tried to enter the building, according to Baker. Staff contacted Montgomery County police. Police confirmed a person was arrested at Walter Johnson High School Wednesday and charged with trespassing. …

The student was arrested on campus Dec. 5, according to police.
A 14-year-old Walt Whitman High School student was arrested Dec. 5 for drug possession, according to Montgomery County police. The arrest happened on school grounds, according to police spokeswoman Officer Rebecca Innocenti. Police responded to the school around 1:50 p.m. The student, a male, was found carrying a small plastic baggie of marijuana, Innocenti said. The arrest followed a Dec. 1 off-campus house party during which 30 Whitman students received alcohol-related citations, Whitman's Black and White school newspaper reported.

Cocaine and marijuana were found on a man and a woman who were arrested after a traffic stop near the mall Dec. 4, police said.
Police say they found cocaine, marijuana and a prescription narcotic pill in the car of a man and woman they arrested after a traffic stop near the Westfield Montgomery Mall Dec. 4. Police say the arrests were made during a Police Community Action Team patrol, part of an effort to step up police presence in shopping areas around the holidays. Jonathan M. Logan, 21, of the 10700 block of Hollaway Drive in Upper Marlboro, and Czaryna Mortley, 21, of the 3600 block of Spring Hollow Lane in Frederick, are facing drug charges following the arrest. 18-year-old Gonzalo Aldofo Quevedo-Garcia of Gaithersburg was charged on December 21 with one count of peeping tom and one count of visual surveillance with prurient intent stemming from an incident earlier in December at the Westfield Montgomery Shopping Mall. On December 10, a 24-year-old female contacted the police after an interaction with Quevedo-Garcia at the Guess store at Westfield Montgomery. The victim was approached by the suspect, who assisted her in locating pairs of blue jeans and a fitting room to try them on. She was asked several times by Quevedo-Garcia if she needed further assistance, which she declined.
