Chevy Chase Restaurants in DC, B-CC Restaurant Weeks

One day after Bethesda-Chevy Chase Restaurant Week ends, Metropolitan Washington Restaurant Week begins.

Restaurant weeks begin soon, so it's time to start making reservations at the Chevy Chase restaurants you've always wanted to try, but whose menus are on the steeper side. Bethesda-Chevy Chase Restaurant Week runs from Thursday, Jan. 24, through Sunday, Feb. 3. Lunch prices range from $12 to $16, and dinner prices run from $22 to $33. Foodie News: Restaurant Weeks, New Cigar Lounge, Bethesda Favorites Make a Comeback

DC's Winter 2013 Restaurant Week Lineup Announced

Several restaurants in Chevy Chase and Bethesda are participating.

DC Restaurant Week may be a few weeks down the road, but Restaurant Week aficionados know that now is the time to start planning. More than 200 Washington, DC-area restaurants will participate in Restaurant Week, which takes place this year from Feb. 4 through Feb. 10. With three-course meals costing $20.13 at lunch and $35.13 at dinner, restaurant week gives Washington-area diners a chance to sample some of the area’s finest restaurants for a fraction of the usual cost. Thank Goodness for Slow Summer Days and D.C. Restaurant Week

What restaurant bargains will you take advantage of?

D.C. Restaurant Week takes you through most of the summer doldrums -- all the way to Sunday, Aug. 19. If you're going just over the border or all the way to Georgetown, dozens of eateries have deals throughout the Washington metropolitan area. The familiar prix-fixe menus will be offered at affordable rates: $20.12 for lunch and $35.12 for dinner for a three-course meal (excluding beverage, tax and gratuity).
