Day 1 of the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, NC, is in the book and Day 2 has many notable speakers, headlined by former President Bill Clinton. Clinton is scheduled to speak during the 10-11 p.m. timeslot. Also speaking Wednesday from the Maryland is Sen. Barbara Mikulski (7-8 p.m. timeslot), Rep. Steny Hoyer (8-9 p.m. timeslot) and Rep.
