Nickelodeon star Victoria Justice is the third act for a third straight year the Maryland State Fair has landed, appealing to a younger "teenybopper" crowd. Wow, I feel old for putting "teenybopper" in quotes. These acts have been wildly popular in the past with Justin Bieber's concert two years ago selling out in—literally—minutes and Selena Gomez attracting over 10,000 to Timonium.
