Fright Fest Opens This Weekend
Six Flags America's spooky attraction will run through Oct. 28.
Boo! The spookiest season of the year begins Saturday, Sept. 29, with the opening of the Six Flags America Fright Fest in Upper Marlboro. Starting at 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday nights through Oct. 28, the park turns dark—scary dark, according to park officials. This year’s Fright by Night, Beware of the Awakening, turns the park into a terrifying hunting ground for the undead. There will be more than a dozen spooky attractions at this year’s event, including Blood Factory, Toxic Fallout, Road Rage Cage, Stage Fright and more.
