Susan Belford, Neighbor

Freelance writing is an exciting new career for Susan.  Born in Ohio, Susan earned a BA in English Education and a MA is Secondary School Counseling from the University of Florida.  She taught high school English, served as a middle and high school counselor, and ended her career with Montgomery County Public Schools as Director of Counseling at Gaithersburg High School.  Most recently, Susan has been a features reporter for The Potomac Almanac.  While working in education, she sponsored the yearbook and the newspaper – and wrote educational manuals for her department. In her spare time, she plays tennis, golf, skis, bikes and travels the world.
